At a young age, I was inspired by the travel channel. I loved the idea of always exploring, whether it was luxury hotels, affordable activities, or a hidden gem of a restaurant, I always craved adventures. When I moved to San Diego in 2013, I decided it was the perfect place to showcase what I was craving with others. Now, I use my platforms to share my cravings with thousands of people.

Camera Guy & Professional EaterErica is lucky that her husband Jonathan is highly motivated by food. Jonathan has a good eye for the perfect lighting that equals a perfect shot. While he is usually behind the camera, he also makes his debut on the big (or should we say little?) screen occasionally.
